It would be fair to say that in recent times Shystie has seen her career have something of a renaissance which without sounding disrespectful has seen her turn from just another female mc to one of the hottest properties in the UK music scene and today we bring you a mixtape from the Hackney resident that shows she isnt about to take her foot off the accelerator any time soon.
Shystie is representing the females to the fullest and her success in 2012 has seen her catch the eye of mainstream heavyweight Azealia Banks who has invited Shystie to perform at her Mermaid Ball on October 13th and Azealia also decides to feature on Shysties brand new mixtape 'Gold Dust Vol 2' which we bring to you today.
Gold Dust Vol 2 is an action packed follow up and is every bit if not better than the first, featuring some monster tracks such as Step Off, Shot Caller and of course the collab with the aforementioned Miss Banks on 'Control It', Lzbeatz provides many of the productions on the mixtape and this is a partnership which seems to flourish, each track is as good as the last and this is an extremely good mixtape from an artist who it seems cant do no wrong, follow the link for download.
